Maceration of Shizuoka cherry leaves in rice vinegar produced in Hiroshima. A floral, fresh, and slightly sweet taste, like a gentle spring breeze. No coloring or preservatives. Its color comes from sweet potato vinegar. It will be perfect for your dressings and for deglazing poultry.
