bio Japan green tea Matcha ceremony

    Description

The matcha comes from the prestigious Aromandise plots in Uji. After shading the tea plants for three weeks, the young leaves from the first harvest of the year (ichi-ban cha) are delicately picked. This results in very soft fresh notes with a lot of umami and very little bitterness. Additionally, unlike other teas, this matcha comes from a single cultivar, ensuring a unique taste. Use a chasen (whisk) to achieve a fine and delicious froth, see on the website. It is best enjoyed in the morning and early afternoon.
